Being a native of Arkansas, Margie is the perfect person to ask about the state and the area. She has raised a family of three and knows the ins and outs of schools, hospitals, childcare, shopping and more. Margie attended the University of Arkansas and she and her husband presently reside in Fayetteville.
Margie is a very dedicated and scheduled person who believes in staying physically fit. Her normal routine is to go to the gym at 5:00 am several times a week. She challenges herself also by yearly hiking trips with a group of outgoing friends. She has been places inside and outside the country. One year a trek to Mt. Everest was the goal.
Margie loves to travel, hike, dance, and visit her log cabin in a resort town of Eureka Springs, Arkansas and to just simply read a book on a quiet day. Margie finds meeting and helping new people one of her most rewarding accomplishments in life. She sells everything from new construction, resale homes, log homes, to commercial property. She has the slogan "The Realtor Who Sells Northwest Arkansas" because she covers all areas to find or sell the right property for her clients. Being the daughter of a surveyor and real estate broker gave her early insight as to finding and selling properties.
Yearly real estate training is a must for Margie. She has a mentor program and has hired a weekly Real Estate coach that keeps her on track with her goals. She spends the needed time on continuing education and stays up on her monthly goals. Every year Margie travels to a California Super Star Retreat where she surrounds herself with other top producers eager to improve their business.
Every year Margie has made new challenges for herself and her team to improve systems, to improve systems, skills, and service. She starts every year with a written business plan and a list of written goals, and a burning desire to improve performance. She is constantly working to find better ways to help buyers and sellers.
