Tara Barnes is the Closing Coordinator and Office Manager for TheMoldenhauer Group @ RE/MAX Associates. She plays an essential role in day to day operations by following all contracts from start to finish through
our office. She works closely with the lenders and title companies to assure that all of our clients are well taken care of whether buying or selling a home. 

Brainstorming for marketing ideas and working to give all clients the best advertising keeps her busy, too. 

Tim Moldenhauer has spent most of his life around the real estate business by growing up in a family where his mom is a busy realtor. Tim has joined The Moldenhauer Group to become a leader in his field. His natural compassion and never ending energy make a great combination to help people achieve their goal of selling a home, finding investment property, or finding that perfect home. Tim graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in finance and knows how to put the numbers together! While going to school Tim worked for The Moldenhauer Group as a part time assistant and also had his own landscaping business. Being a self starter and benefiting from growing up in the area, Tim knows his way around backwards and forwards. He will happily provide a real estate market analysis to sellers and buyers, or provide valuable information on neighborhoods and city statistics to any relocating buyer, or help anyone locally find the home of their dreams. Jennifer Luttrell
Jennifer Luttrell grew up in a hard working family with dreams of following in her grandmother’s footsteps of being a successful realtor. Jennifer has been working with The Moldenhauer Group for over a year as the Field Representative and now ready to become a highly compassionate leader in her field. Her outstanding personality and eagerness to help people fulfill their goals in the real estate market.

Elise Estes
Elise is the field representative and listings manager who plays an essential role in day to day operations. Her many job duties consist of essential document delivery and pick-up, maintaining signs and feature sheets at all residences, regular check ups on vacant homes and anything necessary to help out her team as well as clients!  

As Listing Manager, Elise is responsible for all of The Group’s listings, including residential, commercial and land. She does the photography & virtual tours for our listings, calls realtors to follow up with feedback on showings and weekly calls sellers with this information that can be very beneficial in selling their home.
